Nous recrutons des jeunes talentueux.euses qui cherchent à aider les jeunes Canadien.ne.s à s'engager davantage dans leur communauté ! ✨ Relevant de nos responsables AGIR, vous superviserez 13 jeunes bénévoles pour créer, mettre en œuvre et évaluer un projet communautaire local. Vous superviserez également le groupe local, dirigerez et faciliterez les réunions hebdomadaires, coordonnerez les horaires des bénévoles, soutiendrez les jeunes dans la co-création, la réalisation et l'évaluation de leur projet communautaire et établirez des relations avec les organismes communautaires locaux. 🌟 We were honored to have been able to take part in Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO)'s Healthy Democracy Forum last weekend, as facilitators engaging a group of youth, youth organizations and elected officials from around the province of Ontario on how young people can be better embedded into local democracies. The energy and insight that this amazing collection of people brought to the session was infectious, and made our work as facilitators that much easier and more fun. 🤩 ➡ Our day with the group was a testament to the value of #collectivethinking, especially across generations and lived experiences. After guiding the group through a series of workshops where we brainstormed #barriersandsolutions to getting youth into decision-making roles in local government, we left the day inspired to find new ways for AisB to continue helping young people integrate into their municipalities across Canada.
