    Deloitte's recent “Workplace Skills Survey,” shines a light on a critical disconnect in today’s workplace. The study surveyed over 1.000 professionals globally using both qualitative and quantitative methods, revealing the gap between employees’ career needs and company values (SOURCE: https://lnkd.in/exDa5ZRr). 87% of workers see human skills—like adaptability, leadership, and communication—as integral to career growth. Yet, only 52% think their company values these human skills more than technical ones. This gap could be impacting employee engagement and retention, especially as human skills are often linked to the support and recognition that workers crave.
