The ARC team kicked off our 29th annual #UnitedWay campaign this week with the theme ‘Give your way: small actions, big impact’. This year, in addition to fundraising, our teams will be visiting United Way of Calgary and Area partner agencies: Alzheimer Calgary, Closer to Home Community Services, WINS (Women In Need Society), Discovery House Family Violence Prevention Society and Hull Services to volunteer their time and learn more about all the important work these organizations do in our community.     Since our inception, ARC has supported the United Way of Calgary and Area, raising over $12 million through employee and corporate donations. Yesterday, ARC welcomed approximately 50 institutional investors and analysts on site for a tour of Attachie Phase I, which is targeted for commissioning in late 2024. Highlights of the tour included stops at the plant, well pads, electrification infrastructure, and the Halfway River pipeline crossing. National Day for Truth and Reconciliation offers Canadians an opportunity to reflect on the history of Indigenous Peoples and the tragic legacy of residential schools. At ARC, we recognize the multigenerational impact that residential schools continue to have in many of the communities near our operations. Our annual summer student program helps provide the energy professionals of tomorrow with hands-on experience, professional networking, workplace mentorship, and the chance to get involved in our culture of caring. This summer, 27 students joined our teams, gained practical experience, and raised approximately $7,000 to support KidSport Calgary & Area and their mission to promote the development of children's social, mental and physical well-being. Attachie Phase I remains on schedule and on budget with first volumes expected in the fourth quarter of 2024. The project is approximately 75 per cent complete, with the transmission line, natural gas sales line, and water ponds all completed; and the liquids and gathering pipelines on schedule and nearing completion.
