At Arc'teryx, leadership isn’t just a title—it’s about taking action. Each year, our Leadership Summit captures the heart of our brand, bringing together leaders to drive positive change within ourselves, our communities, and the world. This year, over 350 leaders from across the globe gathered to shape the future of Arc'teryx. We dove deep into product insights, heard powerful stories from athletes and designers, and explored leadership practices grounded in the Arc'teryx Leadership Code. Attendees also experienced our "Live It" activities, immersing themselves in the mountains to reconnect with the landscapes that inspire everything we create. Designed to spark innovation, collaboration, and bold thinking, the Summit empowers every leader to bring back invaluable perspectives on leadership, connection, and the future of our brand. Take a glimpse into the action. Stay tuned for more highlights and transformative stories. We invite attendees to share their reflections and standout moments in the comments below—let’s keep the conversation going! 🎥 credits: Vanora Lo #ArcteryxLife #LeadershipSummit #LiveIt

This National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, we recognize what an honour it is to partner with, and learn from, First Nations, Indigenous, Métis, Inuit, and Tribal communities. Today, we lift up the visionary work of our partners at Nawalakw, on Kwakwa̱ka̱ʼwakw territory, and pass the mic to members of our Indigenous, Métis, and Inuit Belonging Council—part of our broader Employee Belonging Councils initiative—who visited this summer. Her boldest journey in climbing was finally living as her true self.    Jamie Logan and Mugs Stump’s 1978 first ascent of the daunting Emperor Face of Mount Robson (VI 5.9 A2 2500m) is widely regarded as one of the greatest ascents in alpine climbing. At one point, Jamie spent hours on lead, questing into the unknown, scraping up a fearsome runout corner with rudimentary ice-climbing gear, and freeing one of the hardest pitches ever led in the mountains at that time.     Decades later, at age 69, Jamie faced an even greater unknown: What would it mean to her wife, children, friends, community—and, most importantly, herself—if she finally broke free from the secret she’d been carrying her whole life, and started living as herself?    “Jamie” is a new short film with a powerful message that life can be richer when you let love and trust guide you.    NOW PLAYING at Arc’teryx Presents. https://lnkd.in/dk6BDnnQ #arcteryx #arcteryxpresents

“The time is now. Find a way.” These words guided Amity Warme as she and her climbing partner, Brent Barghahn, completed a ground-up free ascent of El Capitan’s Pineapple Express variation of El Niño (5.13b/c). While many climbers use fixed ropes, Amity and Brent chose the tougher path—relying on their skills and determination to go ground up. Over eight days, they faced challenging conditions, fragile rock, and Amity’s finger injury. Lynn Hill shared, “For her level of experience, she’s done more than any other woman I know of on El Cap.” Alex Honnold added, “She’s just out sending all the time.” This is a story of grit, resilience, and a passion for the climb—values we live by at Arc'teryx. Introducing the Tokyo Creation Centre. This May, Arc’teryx opened our Tokyo Creation Centre: a hub for design and creation in the heart of Tokyo’s Daikanyama neighbourhood. Renowned for minimal, beautiful, and high-performance designs, Arc’teryx is drawn to Japan’s elevated, refined design heritage. From biomechanics to design and beyond, the TCC will serve as a collaborative creation and design space for the Arc’teryx team in Tokyo. This expansion will allow Arc'teryx to draw inspiration from the region while partnering with experts at the North Vancouver headquarters' advanced concepts department, building design knowledge and manufacturing expertise. Congratulations to everyone who helped bring this vision to life!
