Shining a light this week on the Crystal Apartments project, The Ashton Mechanical Group team has been hard at work installing concrete barrels and underground plumbing for this new 6-storey residential building by Lougheed Properties. It's been fantastic collaborating with VPAC Construction Group Ltd. on this project. Crystal Apartments will feature 57 rental units, 1.5 levels of underground parking, and a rooftop amenity deck with stunning North Shore mountain views. Residents will also enjoy two indoor amenity rooms with offices, conference rooms, a social lounge with a kitchenette, and a gym. April marks #BCConstructionMonth and we’re thrilled to once again partner with British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) for the second consecutive year. Ashton has worked closely with Chandos Construction on the Maplewood Fire & Rescue Centre for over a year, so naturally we had to challenge them to join the #lunchboxchallenge. Chandos rose to the occasion and together we fed over 50 members on site!
