Our team leveraged our integrated design-build approach to streamline the entire design and construction process, achieving a remarkable 9-month turnaround. The new 13,800 SF office space reflects a clean, open, and warm design, providing a flexible environment for future growth and optimizing the stunning 360-degree views of Vancouver. We are proud to have delivered a collaborative workspace that promotes teamwork, and employee well-being. We were thrilled to be part of this year’s NAIOP Vancouver Golf Classic 2024 as a sponsor for hole 14, where we sponsored the longest drive simulator. It was exciting watching everyone give it their best shot to beat the top score of the day—268 yards! (Although we suspect that the 1990s simulator might have been a bit off—or so we tell ourselves!)
