After four months of working from home during our AVI-SPL UK & Ireland Dublin office refurbishment, I’m back in the office and feeling energised.   While remote work had its perks, being around my colleagues again has reminded me just how much I thrive on that in-person collaboration and energy.   Check out my article for more on what this experience taught me about flexibility, productivity, and finding the right balance. Fantastic things are happening at AVI-SPL India. I was able to spend the week in India with Tim Riek and Christine Rogers and we visited Delhi/Gurgaon, Pune and Mumbai visiting with our incredible teams and customers and walking some of our biggest projects. Under the leadership of Mala M Prasad we have become a dominant force in just two and half years. Our town halls in each city were a great way to meet all the new people on our growing team and to see those who have been part of Team India from the beginning. In Pune, we had the opportunity to visit an active project where our local team is working side by side with our global resources demonstrating the full strength of capabilities that we have to offer at AVI-SPL . We even had some time to savor some of the street food Mumbai had to offer! Thank you all for building our brand in India and wishing all on the team a Diwali that brings happiness, joy and prosperity.
