    Today, on World Mental Health Day, we reflect on an essential aspect of our professional lives: mental wellbeing in the workplace. It’s not about simply working less but creating a space where our mental health is a priority. This balance allows us to thrive, reduce stress, and avoid burnout.     Last year, we moved beyond just sustainability ‘scores’ to a deeper focus on decarbonization. By reviewing CapEx plans at the asset level, we identified key steps to achieve net zero. While each market varies, one example is the implementation of smart metering in Germany. Despite economic challenges, our tenants are adapting, and we’re using this as a chance to integrate greener upgrades and smarter systems into tenant improvements and base building designs.     Last week marked our 11th annual Day of Giving! This global event is a highlight in the calendar for us, but more significantly it brings our people together to impact positive change in our communities. The day demonstrates our culture of giving back and through action and partnership with key organizations, we work to advance sustainability, equity, and health and most importantly to improve the lives of others. It's amazing to see how this tradition has grown over the years! From our humble beginnings to now having thousands of colleagues pitching in -- that's a lot of helping hands! 🙌 Whether it's cleaning up local parks🍃, supporting food banks🥫, or sprucing up community centers 🧤, every act of kindness makes a difference.     [Day of Giving] Comme chaque année, les employés d'Avison Young dans le monde consacrent une journée à une action solidaire. Les équipes France sont aujourd'hui à l'Association La Cravate Solidaire Paris, qui a pour objectif de faciliter l’accès à l’emploi de personnes en insertion ou en réinsertion professionnelle en luttant contre les discriminations liées à l’apparence. Ceci notamment en offrant aux candidat(e)s une tenue vestimentaire adaptée et des conseils de spécialistes en RH. Tout au long de la journée les équipes Avison Young France vont participer au tri et au rangement du dressing ainsi qu'à la sélection des tenues professionnelles pour les candidats. Bravo à tous pour votre action !
