This October, we stand in solidarity with the millions of women, men, and families impacted by breast cancer. Last month, at #ASCOQLTY24, AXDEV’s team presented the real-world evidence of a project entitled, “Optimizing Patient Access to CDK 4/6 Inhibitors in the Arsenal Against Metastatic Breast Cancer”. We believe in the power of early detection, support, and education to make a difference. Many thanks to our collaborators Antidote Education Company and Pfizer for the independent medical education grant. Together we can help, empower survivors, and honour the strength of those who have fought and continue to fight. Let’s turn awareness into action. #BreastCancerAwareness #HopeForACure #StrongerTogether #ThinkPink #EarlyDetectionSavesLives

📢 As I conclude my first training program in the USA, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Manmeet Ahluwalia, MD, MBA, FASCO, for his generosity in offering me the opportunity to work closely with him at the Miami Cancer Institute, Baptist Health BAPTIST HEALTH SOUTH FLORIDA FOUNDATION INC. This experience not only allowed me to acclimate to a new city and country but also provided an unparalleled start to my training journey. ✨ Over the past year, I have had the privilege of delving into both the academic and industrial facets of neurooncology under Dr. Ahluwalia's guidance. His mentorship enabled me to work on groundbreaking projects involving artificial intelligence in brain cancer, for which he secured The National Institutes of Health R01 grants. ✨ Additionally, I was fortunate to collaborate with esteemed industry partners such as Cellworks, Caris Life Sciences, AXDEV Group Inc., Eli Lilly and Company, Bayer, Guardant Health, and Natera to name a few. ✨ I am also grateful for the opportunity to present my works at the American Academy of Neurology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Denver and Chicago, experiences made possible through the generous support of the BAPTIST HEALTH SOUTH FLORIDA FOUNDATION INC. AXDEV is very pleased to announce that the abstract entitled, “Why are we only talking about OUTCOMES, when we should also be talking about IMPACT?” has been accepted for presentation during a breakout session at the 17th Annual European CME Forum, 6–8 November, 2024 in Madrid, Spain. As the field of lifelong learning evolves beyond continuing medical education and continuing professional development activities towards performance improvement and quality improvement programs, to improve delivery of care, this session invites participants to reflect on the impact on program evaluation approaches and to consider the importance of measuring outcomes but also measuring program impact.
