This will help stabilize your core and protect your lower back. 2. 🏋️ Weight Back & Down: Focus on pushing your weight toward your heels as you sit back, like you’re lowering into a chair. Keep that connection to the ground strong, and avoid letting your knees take all the pressure. 3. 🦶Drive & Exhale: As you rise, exhale and drive through your feet, pushing the ground away to power yourself back up. This helps distribute the effort across your entire body, reducing strain on your knees and back.
