Today I had the pleasure of spending the day at the AyA Kitchens and Baths Ltd headquarters just outside of Toronto and finally after several years of getting to know Hugh Wahab over zoom and phone calls had the honor of finally meeting face to face and spending some quality time with him in thier impressive showroom and massive factory. Ironically our paths crossed over 20 years ago when he worked for Canac Kitchens as they were my bread and butter when I got my start. In my 22 plus years in the K & B industry and visiting many factories it was nice to see one that is still actually making cabinets and doors since most of them these days have turned into assembly plants. Hugh Wahab is a true mensch and rare breed when it comes to sales, not only is he seasoned veteran in the industry but he’s a genuinely great human being with rare qualities that have made during business and partnering together in projects around the NY / NJ region and absolute pleasure!
