🚒 Cargo secured! 🐘 This week, our fantastic Project Manager, Collin Jefferies, flew to California to pick up four high-pressure hydrogen storage modules. Each module can store 600 kg of hydrogen for a total capacity of 2400 kg at 517 Bar pressure. These are huge pieces of equipment, weighing in at 84,000 kg each—or, as Collin notes, the weight of 13 African elephants. Here's some behind-the-scenes footage of our hydrogen storage units being loaded for their trip back to Calgary. A big thank you to Bison Transport Inc. for their excellent work in managing and delivering this equipment. On the shipping list: ➡ 4 modules of high-pressure hydrogen storage, we’re talking 600 kg each for a total capacity of 2400 kg at 517 Bar pressure!! AKA a HUGE piece of vital equipment that we cannot wait to deliver to our partners! As you may have heard, we are fortunate to work with the City of Winnipeg and the City of Edmonton to help them get their fleet of zero-emissions buses on the road by providing onsite access to hydrogen fuel. We are working together to create the transit system of the future.
