Business as Mission (BAM) Canada
Non-profit Organizations
We gather Canadian Christians passionate about missional business to grow in their redemptive purpose.
About us
We gather Canadian Christians passionate about missional business to grow in their redemptive purpose. Because business and marketplace leaders have a vast potential to serve the Kingdom of God. Our private community, the BAM Canada Network, exists to stimulate Business as Mission collaboration by connecting Christians from any occupation and industry who are looking to combine their passions and God's purpose to live a more fulfilling life. We do this by creating connection points and being a support hub for those interested in Business as Mission, including individuals, businesses, organizations, agencies, institutions, denominations and churches. We help Christians to 'connect the dots'. It enables them to connect their business professions with the many local, regional and national ministries, catalyzing greater leverage and influence within Canada and around the world. Have you noticed a narrative of mediocrity in Christian spaces? Isaac and his business partner did. They saw that so many Christian businesses and organizations were doing amazing work but their stories weren't being shared with the creativity and boldness they deserved. What their stories needed was the infusion of beauty through high class design, carried out with excellence, honesty and timelessness. That's when Saints Design was founded. To do that work. Meet Isaac Musaasizi. Before moving to Canada with his wife and starting a business, Isaac was a full-time missionary. In fact, he's grown up with missions, as his mom worked with YWAM in Uganda. He and his wife had plans to go back on the mission field, but shortly after getting married, the pandemic hit. Plans changed. And Saints Design was started. To hear more from Isaac's journey, listen to his episode 'Raising the Standards of Beauty and Excellence' here: https://lnkd.in/gwwVFmp3 #BusinessAsMission #RaisingStandards #Missions

"Well done, good and faithful servant." 🙌 As followers of Christ, this is what we want to hear at the end of our lives here on Earth. Gary Gradley believes the way to hear this is by living into his God-given purpose, with all that we are. And all that we have. He shares more about this in his podcast episode — https://lnkd.in/gwwVFmp3 #BAMCanadaPodcast #Passion #Purpose

"Let's MAXIMIZE our God-given potential." That's what Walter Perez likes to say. As the Founder and CEO of The Leader Co. Inc., Walter loves helping leaders develop their leadership skills. But he also encourages specifically Christian leaders to develop their God-given potential. To do their work with excellence, and not settle for anything less. #BAMCanadaPodcast #MaximizePotential #Leadership

This is Walter Perez. Walter passionately believes that we all have leadership potential. But it's interested to hear where he discovered the most about leadership. It wasn't his previous work in a corporate office. Or in his work at The Leader Co. Inc. No, it was as a volunteer. While volunteering, Walter learned what it means to be a leader worth following. To hear more ways to grow as a leader, listen to Walter's podcast: https://lnkd.in/gwwVFmp3 #BAMCanadaPodcast #Following #Leadership
