2024 saw many legal tech providers mature their generative artificial intelligence (AI) offerings. What’s in store for 2025? BRG Data Protection Officer Amy Worley, JD, CIPP-US, CIPP-E, CIPM, CISSP, AIGP predicts that “the incoming administration [will] focus on AI innovation and enablement.” Pointing out the absence of clear federal regulations and inconsistencies across state laws impacting AI, she concludes that the “sum of this patchwork [of regulations] will likely be uncertainty and variability in standards for companies as they focus on staying competitive in a tight market.” Learn more about her predictions for the legal tech generative AI market.
