We are thrilled to share that Century, our rental project with Cressey Development Group has received partial occupancy and the first residents have moved in! For this project, Cressey wanted to expand the boundaries of what a rental development could and should be. They pitched an amenity-heavy development that fostered meaningful connections between the residents and strengthened the greater North Shore community. We responded with an architectural resolution that puts innovative amenity offerings in bridges which also link all three buildings on the site together. This strategy means that there is almost no rentable area sacrificed when creating over 16,000 sf of amenity offerings. In addition, the bridges also act as public gateways to the future on-site public park, provided by Cressey. The Bingham Hill office had a great time touring the site last week and testing out some of the spaces.
