🔬 Take a closer look at subcellular architecture with Bliq’s affordable confocal-like optical sectioning technology! Check it out 👉 https://lnkd.in/eGZpfk7M Here, Bliq’s SPARQ module effectively removes out-of-focus signal encountered in widefield microscopy, revealing the organization of DNA in HEK cells labeled with Hoechst stain. Fluorescent imaging was performed with an Evident Life Science IX83 inverted microscope equipped with a Cobolt laser from HÜBNER Photonics at 405 nm excitation through a 100x oil 1.45 NA objective in a 10 um z-stack from living HEK cells housed in an Okolab microscope incubator. Images before and after SPARQ were acquired with VisiView® software from Visitron Systems GmbH and 3D projections were performed using MBF Bioscience Neurolucida® software. #fluorescence #microscopy #confocal #imaging #CellBiology
