Many of you know about the incredible success of Cadence Franchising. They are refining the franchise recruitment efforts of brands globally, and recently celebrated having provided their services to 50 brands, including Driverseat! What an incredible milestone in just over two years.
Cadence is on a mission to help ambitious franchisors grow faster and better. They nurture franchise leads, creating a seamless experience for aspiring buyers before handing off qualified prospects to franchise sales teams.
When we met to discuss how I can help, we didn’t speak about what isn’t being done or what can be fixed, but rather about how we can focus on improvement and continued growth.
I joined Team Cadence as a Strategic Advisor, helping their talented team reach new heights. As a past franchisee and franchisor, I’m able to provide insight into what happens behind the scenes in a franchise company with prospective franchisees.
We’re currently working on fine-tuning the lead call process, defining buyer personas, goal setting, measuring success and professional development.
I have to tell you - this team is simply outstanding. I like the business model and what they want to accomplish in this space. I really love the team they’ve assembled to get them there.
