Founded in the year 2012, the Canadian Association of Ambulatory Care is a voluntary non-profit organization developed for professionals working in various ambulatory care areas, who have a strong commitment and passion toward the delivery of quality health care on an out patient basis. Vision: To lead the nation and influence the practice of Ambulatory Patient Care through our research, educational agenda and practice innovations. Mission: To transform the future of care provided in the ambulatory settings by offering a forum to network, share knowledge and skills and participate in leadership and research in the rapidly expanding ambulatory care environment.
