We honor and support our Canadian Veterans - the heroes who fought to defend our freedom.
About us
It's estimated that 10,000 Canadian Veterans regularly use homeless shelters, unable to meet their basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter. Canadian Legacy Project, a registered charity (registration #82478 8202 RR0001), aims to support these Veterans through various programs designed to assist them in their daily lives. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, the Canadian Legacy Project is able to direct the majority of its raised funds straight into Veteran support programs. While there are some necessary accounting and legal expenses associated with operating a registered charity, the organization proudly allocates 93% of donations directly to helping Veterans in need. These Veterans have provided Canadians with the freedoms we enjoy every day, and it is the Canadian Legacy Project's goal to give back and support these Canadian heroes.

A year ago Mayor Scott Gillingham of Winnipeg gave Commander Chris Hadfield, a member of our National Advisory Board, the key to the city. Commander Chris Hadfield is one of Canada's greatest treasures and we thank him for his support to our charity and all that have stood on guard for Canada. www.h4hf.ca #homelessnessawareness #caf #canadianveterans #tacklinghomelessness #homelessness #veteransupport #veterans #tinyhouse #homelesslivesmatter #mentalhealth #supportourveterans
