Inspiring Canadian men to live healthier with #DontChangeMuch
About us
The Canadian Men's Health Foundation is the first national charity to focus on changing men’s health behaviours year round and envisions a nation in which men not only actively care for their health, but also in which Canadian society values the final piece of the family health puzzle. DontChangeMuch.ca is a health resource inspiring men and their families to lead healthier lives. With reliable information and easy tips, we know every guy and their family can make small changes that will have a big impact on their health. The Men’s Health Check tool is developed by medical doctors and built specifically for men. The tool is based on scientific evidence and is completely anonymous. It provides men with a free report showing if they're at risk for any of the 8 most common health diseases and conditions and what their risk level is. It also includes a health screening schedule so men can see what needs to be checked and when.
