For over 12 years, Kelly Perlberg has led all aspects of human resources to support the wellbeing of every employee at Midland Cogeneration Venture (MCV). As the largest natural gas-fired combined electrical energy and steam energy generating plant in the U.S., MCV is a major supplier of reliable electricity to customers in Michigan and the midcontinent.      Since MCV was acquired by Capital Power in 2022, Kelly has co-led the transition of their employees, systems, and processes. Her understanding of her team's needs and ability to empower them to embrace change positively contributed to the success of this in-depth integration. Kelly now supports our Commercial and Business Development teams in Canada and the U.S., including at our U.S. headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, providing strategic oversight and direction on their continued growth.
