We’re on site at a new condominium project in Oakville, Ontario, where we are beginning installation of millwork in the first floor amenity spaces and continuing work on suite portal surrounds. It’s always amazing to see a project progress during construction and we know it’s getting close to completion when our architectural millwork arrives on site. Stay tuned for more updates!

A beautiful new appliance showroom has come to life in Toronto and we are pleased to “show” off some of the results! As part of the first phase of work on this renovation at a prominent appliance store, our scope of work included a full KitchenAid millwork package to feature and display the store’s high-end KitchenAid appliances.

Two sides of the same bench! So much of the work we do is highly collaborative and requires a two-person (or more!) approach. Here, three of our cabinet makers (one is hidden) work together on a curvy bench for a Toronto condominium project and we certainly look forward to seeing how it will look in the completed space. Stay tuned!

We are so excited to announce that we won awards for both of our project submissions at last week’s AWMAC Annual Awards event! As leaders within the millwork industry, it is fantastic to receive this recognition and to celebrate the accomplishments of our peers. Our projects, Bridgette Bar restaurant and The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC) Residence, truly showcase our extensive architectural millwork capabilities and how we deliver a great project to our clients. Thank you AWMAC for hosting such a fun-filled evening – we’re already looking forward to next year’s event!

There’s a new Beertown Public House coming to London, Ontario and we’re very happy to be a partner on this project! Located in the White Oaks Mall, this is the second Beertown for the Forest City and our third Beertown project. Featuring a beautiful bar area – complete with a cool wood ceiling – our millwork also includes tavern bench seating, exterior wood canopy, back bar with crown mould, dining benches, and office area. We’re looking forward to seeing how this project comes together over the next few weeks!

A room with a view! Our work is wrapping up at 55C condos in downtown Toronto and we are thrilled with how well the installation progressed on the 52nd floor sky lounge of this new condominium development. We are certainly looking forward to seeing the end result, but love the sun-lit, beachy vibe this amenity space emits and the view – wow, it’s truly amazing!

Operations is an integral part of our business and we’re very excited to introduce Paul to CCW as our new Operations Manager! Paul brings his long-standing experience in the woodworking and millwork industry to CCW and we’re looking forward to seeing the contributions he will make in our shop. With a background from the Woodworking Technology program at Conestoga College, Paul has worked at various companies as a Plant Engineering and Lean Specialist, as well as Operations Manager, Production Engineer, VP of Operations, and General Manager. We believe he will bring a process-driven approach to our operations with a focus on quality, tracking metrics, and team-building. Welcome Paul!
