We equip Canadians with the knowledge and skills to respond to people at risk of suicide.
About us
CSP educates people with the information, knowledge and skills necessary to respond to the risk of suicide. We teach prevention because prevention is the only solution to suicide. A branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, CSP is an education centre with the largest English language library dedicated to the collection and dissemination of suicide prevention, intervention and postvention resources. Our services include: an active Twitter feed, training workshops, online courses, webinars, literature scans and reviews, library database access, lending library and knowledge translation publications. We serve caregivers, survivors, researchers, professionals and community members across Canada and around the world. CSP receives revenue from a variety of sources including user fees, government contracts, community grants, special events, memorial and individual donations. Make a donation online today!
