Malgré la pluie, nos collègues du bureau de Laval, Patricia Fortier et Alexandre Vezeau, ont représenté CEP Forensique avec brio lors du Tournoi de golf des dirigeants de Promutuel Assurance. Last week, our colleagues from the Laval office, Nicolas Geoffroy, Ph.D., P.Eng. and Nicolas Cunningham, Ph.D., P.Eng., ing., represented CEP Forensic at the IMAT (International Materials, Applications, and Technologies) annual meeting in Cleveland.   They shared three insightful presentations on #corrosion and #embrittlement failure and non-metallic materials, showcasing their deep expertise. Kasprick, a valued member of our team since 2018, is now based in Halifax, expanding our service capabilities in the Atlantic region. With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning with 8 years as a red-seal carpenter and 15 years as an engineer, Shane brings a wealth of knowledge in investigating damaged structures, including those affected by failures and fire. Shane’s expertise includes evaluating the structural integrity of buildings, reviewing construction issues and code compliance, and providing repair recommendations for compromised buildings. His broad experience spans from residential properties to large commercial structures, allowing him to handle a variety of claims, including those involving concrete and wood foundations, slab-on-grade pads, and vehicle impact damage. Now located in Halifax, Shane is available to support clients throughout the region with on-site investigations and quick response times. His local presence means reduced travel costs and even faster service.
