Convention in National Harbor, MD earlier this week! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with retailers and industry professionals in the refrigerated and frozen food categories. The highlight? Baking up delicious recipes with our refrigerated Puff Pastry, Crescent & Pizza dough & sampling our Poffitz Pancake Puffs for everyone to taste and enjoy!   A big thank you to everyone who visited us at Cafe NFRA. On Monday, September 30th, our Cérélia Canada team paused to reflect on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada, also known as Orange Shirt Day. The team wore orange shirts to show support for Indigenous families and to honor the experiences and resilience of these communities. 🧡 #orangeshirtday

At Cerelia, we’re committed to tackling food waste head-on.   Our Whitehall team launched the innovative "Skinny Chicken" campaign, aiming to minimize waste from the beginning. We’re thrilled to share that this initiative led to a remarkable 53% reduction of waste!   The insights gained from this program have inspired us to implement improvements across other areas of our operations as well.
