    Mitigating risk with lightning fast background checks

    Hiring Manager: "I need to scale the team, fast!” Recruiter: "I'll post the job on multiple job boards and start sourcing.” Hiring Manager: "Wait! I need you to screen for technical skills first – let’s cut the pool so we're only spending time on qualified candidates." Talent Acquisition Manager: "Is the new unconscious bias training ready to roll out?" Director of Security: "And don't forget background checks! We need to vet them properly to maintain our SOC 2 standing." Hiring Manager: Great. But can we do all this without a month-long hiring process? Friction point created! ⌛ Four Weeks Later ⌛ Candidate: "I'm excited about this role! What’s next?" Recruiter: "The team was happy to meet with you, but I’m waiting on official next steps."
