🌟 Yesterday marked another exceptional day for ChaiTech's Cohort 2 as we hosted three remarkable industry leaders who shared invaluable insights on scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and fostering effective leadership. We were privileged to learn from: 🚀 Izabella Gabowicz, former COO of Sensibill (acquired by Q2 Software), who shared her extensive experience in scaling fintech operations and building client-centric organizations. Her practical insights on navigating growth stages were particularly impactful for our founders. 📈 Jenny do Forno, Chief People Officer at TouchBistro, delivered a masterclass on people strategy in high-growth environments. Drawing from her 25 years of experience with startups and her time at OMERS Ventures, Jenny provided our founders with actionable frameworks for building and scaling teams effectively. 👥 Stephen Shedletzky captivated our cohort with transformative leadership principles that resonated deeply with our founders' current challenges and growth aspirations. The interactive session sparked meaningful discussions about authentic leadership in the startup ecosystem. ✨ We concluded the day with an introduction to wellness opportunities and a tour of the Prosserman JCC from the Fitness team, reinforcing our commitment to supporting founders' holistic development.
