We are pleased to announce the appointment of Irfhan Rawji as the Chair of CIFAR's Board of Directors, succeeding William (Bill) Young, who has presided as Chair since 2020. Rawji, a distinguished leader in venture capital and social finance, brings extensive expertise to the role. Vahan Kololian has also joined the Board. Damon Williams has been appointed Chair of the Investment Committee, and Jason McLean has been appointed Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee. Gilles Ouellette will join the Directors Emeriti.
