👚 Last Friday, our teams in Toronto and Vancouver joined Dress for Success Toronto and Dress for Success Vancouver for an afternoon of giving back . The Toronto team vetted, sized and organized 250 pieces, which will be distributed among DFS clients in the coming weeks. In Vancouver, the group sorted through 250 pieces of clothing, including shoes, accessories, coats and handbags. Along with the volunteer efforts, Concert Properties held a clothing drive and donated $3,000 collectively to Dress for Success Toronto and Vancouver. Thank you to everyone who donated professional clothing across our Vancouver, Toronto and Victoria offices! We’re so proud of the donations, which will directly support women preparing for job interviews and new opportunities. And thank you to the Dress for Success teams in Vancouver and Toronto for hosting our staff! #PeopleFirstFuture #AccelerateAction #DressForSuccess

Building a people-first future. Creating resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities across Canada.
About us
Since 1989, Concert Properties has proudly developed, acquired and managed Canadian real estate – making decisions based on our founding principles of delivering long-term returns for our owners; creating jobs and using skilled construction union labour; and giving back to the communities where we work. With over $9 billion in assets, we are backed and owned by over 200,000 Canadians, represented by union and management pension plans and institutional investors. Today Concert Properties comprises three corporate entities, Concert Real Estate Corporation, Concert Infrastructure and Concert Income Properties. Within these entities, we develop, own and manage rental apartments; develop condominium homes; develop, acquire and manage commercial properties; and invest in, develop and manage public infrastructure projects across Canada. We also have ten master-planned communities built or under development across Canada and over the next five years we plan to deliver $2.1 billion in construction projects and over $1 billion in wages. In each area of our business our vision remains the same – building resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities.

🌎 We're honoured to have Ruth Legg at Concert Properties. She is integral in advancing ESG initiatives and motivating others within the company to do the same. We wish her the best of luck for her nomination to the CAGBC | Canada Green Building Council Board of Directors!
🌟 Call Out to CAGBC Members 🌟 I'm excited to share that I'm running for the at-large position on the CAGBC Board of Directors. With nearly two decades of experience in urban climate solutions and a decade in purpose-driven board governance, I'm eager to contribute to CAGBC's mission of supporting the building sector’s transition to green buildings. As the VP of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) at Concert Properties, I've led the development of our Social Purpose and ESG Strategy, which has been endorsed by our Executive and Board of Directors. I've also served on the Boards of various purpose-driven organizations, currently serving as Modo Board Chair. I'm passionate about advancing sustainability in the built environment and believe my experience in strategic planning, risk management and financial oversight will be valuable to the CAGBC Board. I was inspired attending the CAGBC conference in 2024, which began to facilitate dialogue on how our industry can deliver the net zero transition in a way that is also affordable. I believe Concert Properties has a valuable perspective to bring to the table in this effort. CAGBC’s continued leadership on how standards, partnerships and collaborations could advance both green building and affordability could be impactful. I would greatly appreciate the support of CAGBC Members in this election. Thank you for considering my nomination. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to a visionary, values-driven organization! #Sustainability #GreenBuilding #Leadership #CAGBC #ESG #UrbanPlanning #PurposeGovernance
