A few shots from earlier today of some of the Neighbours Saving Neighbours community responders for cardiac arrest. They gathered at the Wolfe Island Community Medical Clinic in Marysville to touch base, compare notes, and practice their skills. There were some delicious treats to be had, too. Thanks for all who attended and to all the NSN volunteers. Learn more about the NSN pilot program and study here -> https://lnkd.in/gavh6JVD

I spoke yesterday at #OEMC2024 about the future of rural community building using communal water and wastewater systems as an alternative to standard well and septic development. It is the best opportunity for small rural communities to be sustainable and knit new residential and commercial development into villages and hamlets as we have in Frontenac County. I have been working on this project for more than seven years, and Frontenac has now set up a public utility to manage these systems in the future. We have done groundbreaking work and please follow us as we lead and continue to move forward: https://lnkd.in/ggyKfNAe
