This position reports to the Manager, Product Safety General Accountabilities The role provides operational consultation to General Managers, Technical Advisors, Electrical Inspectors, and Senior Inspectors. You will support and advise our client’s technical, regulatory, and electrical inspection teams on the interpretation and application of product safety regulations and electrical product standards. This includes guidance on equipment, product approvals, and safety issues. You will respond to internal and external inquiries, liaise with parties reporting electrical product incidents or accidents, and provide clear advice on regulatory compliance and standards related to equipment and product safety approvals. You will conduct engineering and technical analyses to resolve field problems or address reports of potentially unsafe electrical products.
