On behalf of LinkedIn’s broken AI, I’d like to apologize to job seekers who have wasted their time on AI-generated job posts that were neither created by nor affiliated with the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI). Apparently, LinkedIn is now scraping job listings from the internet—poorly—and assigning them to companies incorrectly, without permission and without an option to opt out. It’s heartbreaking to see the number of reported applicants rise when no real job exists. Job seekers can be in vulnerable situations, often spending hundreds of hours tailoring their résumés and cover letters in search of their next source of income. The least we can do is not waste their time with fake job postings.

The Greenbelt Foundation stewards Ontario's Greenbelt, two million acres of protected land that provides clean air, fresh water, climate resilience, and a reliable local food source to help Ontario thrive. The Soil and Crop Advisor will work directly with farmers across the Golden Horseshoe to promote beneficial management practices that increase climate resilience, improve water quality, and build productivity and profitability for farmers.
