I was recently in a discussion about further education and this brought me to sharing how many different courses I have personally taken over the years and certifications earned, as well as how many my father, mother, grandmother and grandfather took as well, and how we have all shared our knowledge back and forth over the many years in business. This led to a close friend asking "So Donald, what all do you do for work/what are your skills?" Not only that, there is the incredible and overwhelming joy of being able to pass that knowledge and skill on to the next person. Today I sent my friend home with a copy of "The Water Heater Handbook" to help her and her #family (who live relatively off-grid) deal with their water heater issue she had asked about. Turns out they have a broken dip tube. Easy to fix. How was your #Saturday Today we completed installation of Our first GE Appliances Air & Water Solutions side discharge system here in #Winnipeg I love being a part of the Custom Vac Limited #hvaccrew! Having the opportunity to do such great work and install such great products is awesome 💯 and it is super satisfying to throw the power on and start moving some heat and humidity out of the home. There was a lot of taping involved on this job and some return air ducts that needed re-hanging as well. We also moved the outdoor unit from the back of the home to the side of the home, giving even more noise reduction to the patio out back 👊😎👍 All in all, I am proud of the #team 🥳💐 I love my #hvaclife
