The ultimate goal is to repair the dinosaur habitats so that their ecosystems are restored enough to repopulate with herds of the creatures. Players are tasked with learning about each dinosaur's needs across different stages of life as they cultivate resources and learn about the environments across multiple habitats and natural phenomena, like volcanoes and storms, that can disrupt the food chain. I spent some time with an early version of Dino Hab and the game depicts dinosaurs with both fluid animations and towering scale."

Equipped with a variety of tools for habitat rehabilitation and the help of a #generativeAI guide, players will journey between the present day in #mixedreality and the Late Cretaceous period through #virtualreality, to transform barren landscapes into lush environments teeming with biodiversity, restoring harmony so their dinosaurs can flourish. Players will be able to unlock new, richly detailed habitats, each with its own unique array of dinosaurs, flora, fauna, climates and environmental events, from raging storms to volcanic eruptions. The game’s dynamic ecosystems encourage players to explore, interact, and discover how each element of the habitat contributes to the overall balance.
