    First impressions are everything, and selling a product that the public thinks is too cheap – or believes is too expensive – can be a significant roadblock to attracting customers to your business. But how does one determine what price people are most willing to pay? Our latest #GreyhoundBlog explains the Price Sensitivity Meter (PSM, for short), a tool that examines the limits of a product’s perceived value by the public and determines the optimal price point that can help maximize returns while remaining an attractive option for consumers. Using insights collected from 1,200 Canadians, we show that even for something as simple as a chocolate bar, getting an accurate understanding of how the public sees your product can make all the difference.
