On February 28, we rolled out the red carpet and premiered the most anticipated event of the year— DEL’s 2024 Milestone & Merit Awards with the theme ‘DELflix’.  And just like a five-star Netflix original, it was a huge success with 450 employees in attendance! A huge congratulations to our milestone recipients, who have been starring in the DEL journey for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and even 30 years! Your dedication and commitment are truly award-worthy and have played a pivotal role in our success. Jason's insights were invaluable in reinforcing the importance of safety and continuous training to ensure the well-being of our residents. The Honourable Jean Augustine, the first Black woman Member of Parliament, introduced a bill in 1995, to designate the month of February as Black History Month (BHM) in Canada. This month honours the contributions, culture, and history of the Black community while encouraging reflection, celebration, and learning that extends beyond February. As we enter February, we are proud to recognize Black History Month in Canada. Let us take the time to celebrate the rich heritage, achievements, and contributions of Black Canadians who have shaped our history, culture, and society. 

The 2025 year is off to a roaring start with 296 dedicated condominium managers in attendance for our first virtual Condominium Managers' Meeting of the year!
