A post about customer service. Our entire NEW fleet of service vans is all Mercedes Sprinter vehicles. My personal vehicle is a Mercedes G63 AMG and it went into limp mode coming down a hill in Kelowna. I’ve purchased approximately 25 vehicles from Mercedes in over 8 years and 1 vehicle from Kelowna Ford. I took my G63 into Mercedes and they said they cannot look at it for another 1.5 week and cannot provide a courtesy vehicle either. I was shocked at this response, so I called Kobe at Kelowna Ford who I just recently purchased a company vehicle from. I told him what had happened and he told me to leave my G63 at Mercedes and he’ll come pick me up and get me into a F150 to keep until my G63 is fixed. Long story cut short, I still have the F150 and Mercedes has not called or even offered anything. Kobe, I salute you for the exceptional customer service which I have never seen anywhere in the vehicle market. This is just an appreciation post. Go see Kobe Assam for you’re next vehicle!
