Absolutely thrilled to have shared the stage with the amazing Dr. Benjamin Coorey & Graham Truax panelists at the 2024 VIEA Summit! We had a blast diving into the potential of 3D Generative AI Building Design technology and its transformative role in housing masterplans. Our panel explored Archistar’s innovative technology, which helps design vibrant, mixed-use communities aligned with the Malahat Nation Land Use Plan. By automating key planning functions, Archistar not only enhances zoning and compliance processes but also speeds up approval timelines—allowing for more sustainable, walkable, and culturally connected neighborhoods. We also discussed the DIGITAL co-investment platform, which is fostering Canadian IP development and cross-industry collaboration. This approach is creating scalable solutions to address housing shortages while prioritizing community needs and cultural sensitivity. A huge thank you to my fellow panelists and to everyone who joined us! Together, we’re paving the way for a more innovative and inclusive housing future. #VIEASummit #HousingInnovation #GenerativeAI #CommunityImpact

NEW COLLABORATION📣: 𝗔𝗜 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 The amount of information and material a pharma field professional is expected to know, understand, and use is overwhelming. Compounding this challenge is the sheer density of the resources field reps must navigate to find the answers they need. There is no quick and easy way for field reps to reference this information when they are preparing for an office visit or in a face-to-face interaction with a healthcare provider (HCP). This can lead to inaccurate information being shared, which puts the pharma company, the HCP, and most importantly, the patient at risk. This project will demonstrate the first commercial proof-of-concept for "LAICA Rep Assist," ACTO’s GenAI knowledge assistant. The project will provide Advanz Pharma sales reps with their very own mobile-friendly, voice-enabled knowledge assistant, LAICA, who will provide succinct, accurate answers to their questions based on approved, compliant and controlled content.       Learn more about the collaboration here: https://bit.ly/4eXSfos ACTO | ADVANZ PHARMA

NEW COLLABORATION📣: 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 Autonomous vehicles (AVs) hold the promise of forever changing how we use cars, but before driverless cars become mainstream, we need to ensure they are safe. One of the most difficult challenges to overcome for AV and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) developers is the “simulation-to-real” gap, or how virtual training and testing conditions differ from the real world. One of the most promising solutions to this problem is using advanced AI behaviour models to simulate realistic human actions. This project will aim to form a consortium of innovators from across the sector to advance the development and adoption of behavioural models for simulation. In the first stage, the team will integrate Inverted AI’s modelling solutions into CARLA’s platform, one of the world’s leading open-source autonomous driving simulators, to launch an interoperable, scalable solution for commercial and academic research. This project is actively seeking new project partners to create a world-class human behavioural simulation consortium of autonomous vehicle developers and self-driving car manufacturers. NEW COLLABORATION📣: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗹𝗹: 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 Agriculture, specifically for specialty crops, is becoming increasingly challenging due to climate events, labour shortages and the prohibitive cost and limited availability of land. This project will aim to reshape the specialty crop sector by deploying an AI-enabled agricultural data platform with crop prediction capabilities. Through a combination of computer vision system and machine learning (ML) algorithms, the platform will assist farmers in making informed decisions to optimize crop health, predict and maximize yields, increase efficiency and reduce environmental impacts. From Vivid’s commercial success in apples, this project will develop a prototype to extend their commercialized apples-trained computer vision system into various permanent crops, subsequently expanding to specialty and general agricultural applications.
