It was an inspiring Day 2 for Cohort Lima of our Women’s Employment Skills Training (WEST) Program during Aviation Career Exploration (ACE) week! The day started with a presentation by Marika Humphries from Transport Canada - Transports Canada, followed by an engaging de-icing demonstration by Briggs from Elevate Aviation Learning Centre. We ended the day with an incredible career journey talk by Air Canada pilot Tracey Riley, who shared her path from passenger service agent to the flight deck. We love allowing our learners to hear from professionals who are active in the aviation industry. Their insights expand our learners' knowledge of various aviation careers available, and they can help inspire their own journeys!
