We are pleased to announce operating results for the three and six months ending June 30, 2024. Elevation expects to file its Q2 2024 financial results in August 2024. Some highlights: 🔹 Produced 6,380 ounces of gold from 696,373 ore tonnes processed with average grades of 0.35 g/t during Q2 2024. 🔹 Sold 7,070 ounces of gold during Q2 2024, an increase of 3% compared to Q2 2023. Today we announced that under the terms of the convertible debentures issued under the convertible debenture indenture dated July 31, 2020, Elevation Gold has elected to satisfy its obligation to pay an aggregate of C$167,290 in interest accrued on the C$6.71 million convertible debentures by issuing to such debenture holders on the interest payment date of June 30, 2024 an aggregate of 1,968,122 common shares. The US Senate is considering grants totalling $134 million for critical infrastructure upgrades to public safety communications systems. The Tri-State area, covering Arizona's Mohave County, southern Nevada's Clark County, and eastern California's San Bernardino County, is applying for a grant to upgrade their 911 communications systems. This effort has the full support of Arizona Fire Chiefs, Police Chiefs, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors and Elevation Gold. As a rural region with challenging terrain, effective communication is vital for their first responders' safety and efficiency. San Bernardino is the largest county in the US by area, and Mohave County is the fifth largest, making the need for reliable 911 systems even more critical. Our current system is outdated, and it's unfair to expect first responders to risk their lives without proper communication support. At Elevation Gold, we understand the importance of robust communication systems, especially from our experience in #mining. We fully support the Tri-State Fire Chiefs and Police Chiefs in their request for funding a new 911 system to ensure the safety and security of our communities.
