    JOB TITLE: French-Speaking Software Trainer and User Manual Translator LOCATION: Preferably Quebec, Canada (remote work option with client site visits as needed) COMPANY: JTCipher ABOUT JTCipher: JTCipher is a forward-thinking software customization company dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. We specialize in creating seamless digital experiences, and we’re looking for a talented software trainer fluent in French to support our clients' software usage and documentation needs. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (French and English) Software Trainer and User Manual Translator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and translating software user manuals, as well as delivering clear, structured training sessions to ensure end-users can effectively use our software solutions. The ideal candidate is based in Canada (preferably Quebec) and is comfortable working with clients on-site if needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop User Manuals: Create comprehensive user manuals for software applications, outlining features, functionalities, and usage instructions. Translation to French: Translate English user manuals into clear and concise French for Quebec-based clientele. Software Training: Conduct 2-week training sessions with end-users, one hour per day, Monday through Friday, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of software functionalities. Training and Support: Participate in a paid one-week training program with our internal team to gain hands-on experience with our software products. Customer Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and guidance during and post-training, addressing any software-related inquiries or troubleshooting issues. QUALIFICATIONS Language Proficiency: Native or fluent French speaker (Quebec French preferred) with strong English language skills. Experience in Software Documentation: Proven experience in creating, translating, or localizing software user manuals. Training Skills: Experience in delivering structured training sessions, ideally within a software or technical environment. Computer Proficiency: Strong understanding of basic software applications and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work closely with diverse client teams. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Training Provided: A one-week, paid training with JTCipher’s software products. Working Hours: Training sessions will be conducted one hour per day, Monday to Friday, over a two-week period. Location Flexibility: Candidates from across Canada are welcome to apply, with a strong preference for those residing in Quebec to facilitate potential client site visits.
