Kudos to our team who represented ENMAX at the International Lineman's Rodeo held in Kansas last weekend! Hundreds of journeypeople and apprentices from across the world gathered at this event to compete in lineworker tasks like pole climbing. The teams are judged based on safety, technical skill and speed. This event was not only a chance to showcase our talent, but also an opportunity to connect with industry peers from around the world. Thank you to all our team members and our peers for their hard work and commitment to safety.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and every decision we make. This week, we want to celebrate and thank our teams who go above and beyond to serve our customers. Here are a few (among many) customer service stories that brightened our week. 💡“As English is my second language, the customer service representative did a good job on using terms that I was able to understand. She had a lot of patience while answering all my questions. We also connected into a service that someone translated for us, which made it so easy." — ENMAX Customer 💡Customer Relations Field Advisor Mike Sweeney noticed a senior citizen arriving home with groceries during a planned power outage. With no power, the customer was unable to drive into their garage and unload their groceries. Mike sprung to action and hand-delivered the groceries into their home. The customer was so grateful they invited Mike in for some coffee and snacks. 💡"I am a disabled person and have been treated poorly by other companies. My ENMAX representative went above and beyond to help with my problem. He made me feel like a human being." — ENMAX Customer 💡During a planned power outage, our Customer Relations Field Advisors Mike Sweeney and Dave Hein encountered a customer with an oxygen tank. Even though the customer was aware of the planned outage, they were unable to set up back up medical supplies. The crew ran an extension cord from an electric fleet vehicle into the customer’s home so they could keep the oxygen tank in operation during the planned outage. #CustomerServiceWeek
