Data warehousing and knowledge bases are key to driving an AI Strategy in 2024/25 for hospitality operators. 🤖 How are you structuring your data? 📊 You may have heard of custom fields in your PMS or guest experience platforms. You may have heard of listing groupings in Enso! Or you might just be using a system like Notion, ClickUp, spreadsheets or more! All of this is to structure your data so you can easily access it across different systems. 🌐 Enso Connect’s new AI knowledge base system is the same concept. 📚 What does this mean?
