We’d like to announce some significant changes in our Hardware Systems division: after 11 years of dedicated leadership at Fentro, Eduard Braun, Fentro Hardware Systems Division Manager, is moving on to pursue new opportunities. Eduard has been a driving force behind our growth, playing a vital role in shaping the success of Fentro Hardware Systems. We are very grateful for his commitment and expertise. Thank you, Eduard, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter!   With Eduard’s departure, Andy Kornelsen has been promoted to Sales Manager of Fentro Hardware Systems. Andy has held key roles at Fentro over the past six years, first as Supply Chain Manager and then as Regional Sales Rep. As we all know and many of us have experienced, occasionally packages arrive in damaged condition – some even making you curious to know what exactly happened to bring it to that state!   We bring in most of our inventory from overseas by container, as this is the safest way to transport our products. Sometimes, though, our customers need the hardware earlier and we must use parcel services for an expedited shipment, where boxes with longer items like gears tend to be damaged more often.   Whenever we receive one of those damaged boxes, before sending it out our shipping team puts a lot of effort in repackaging it nicely – with extra protection, to make sure our customers receive their product in good condition.   At Fentro, some of our company values are Competence, Ease of Doing Business, and Responsibility, and it’s our goal to have our actions reflect our values each day, from how we package and ship products to how we respond to our customers.     #Excellence #CustomerCare #Logistics #Fentro #Values
