Finlay was happy to report the results of 5 lines of CSAMT on its Silver Hope Property today which both expanded the Main Trend & the West Cu-Mo Porphyry and further defined East Trend 1 & 2 and the Dina East as viable new drill targets. Finlay is pleased to announce the acquisition of the underexplored high-grade copper-silver SAY Property to its property portfolio. The SAY contains a > 4.3 km trend on the Spur Target extending along the Tsaytut Ridge with high grade Cu and Ag outcrop samples of up to 15.8% Cu and 993 g/t Ag. Over the entire SPUR target 78 of 129 rock samples collected to date yielded >1% Cu and 59 yielded >100 g/t Ag. The SHEL target hosts an intriguing 3 km x 2 km circular magnetic anomaly with a coincident surface gossanous zone and a Cu - Mo soil geochemical anomaly. We look forward to conducting our inaugural exploration program on SAY.

Finlay Minerals has conducted a comprehensive review of its Silver Hope Property and has outlined seven robust priority targets: ·       The possible extensions of the Main Trend and West Cu-Mo Porphyry mineralized zones to the southwest; ·       Identification of the East Trend 1 and East Trend 2 targets, which have similar geochemical and geophysical signatures as the Main Trend; ·       The Zest target now includes the former Equity Silver Mine and extends on to the Silver Hope Property; ·       The Equity East target has surface geochemical and geophysical characteristics similar to the Zest showing and target, and   ·  The Dina East target has overlapping polymetallic vein and porphyry targets generated by ALS Goldspot and has had little-to-no exploration work. The Silver Hope is easily accessed by a network of forest roads from Houston, BC and is fully permitted for drilling. Future exploration plans will be forthcoming.

Cascadia has successfully fulfilled all the terms of the second year of the 5 year option agreement on the PIL which upon completion permits Cascadia to acquire a 70% interest in the PIL. Both the 2023 TITAN Deep IP survey on the PIL South which identified a porphyry signature beneath earlier shallow Finlay drilling and the new high-grade grab samples and the Cu-Au-Mo anomaly over the Spruce Zone confirm our belief in the potential for a significant discovery at PIL. We look forward to the upcoming 2024 drilling and exploration planned by Cascadia.

Finlay released its new Investor Presentation this morning. Finlay continues to advance its assets: 1. The Silver Hope Property which has the >2km drill tested Cu-Ag replacement/vein hosted Main Trend and the drill tested Cu-Mo West Porphyry. Silver Hope is also host to several other targets generated by ALS Goldspot and Finlay staff. 2. The ATTY Property which hosts multiple compelling targets including the KEM, Attycelley, and Wrich. The KEM target shows similar geological, geochemical and geophysical characteristics to the Kemess North Trend which hosts the Kemess Underground and Kemess East deposits. Finlay has released the results of the ALS GoldSpot prospectivity analysis on its Silver Hope Property identifying 4 main priority target areas. The prospectively analysis outlined further evidence for potential additional mineralization on the Main Trend, it honed compelling targets on the East Trend and the Zest areas and it provided completely new targets in the Dina and Sam areas. The ALS GoldSpot analysis covered one half of the Silver Hope Property and outlined 113 targets. In conjunction with Finlay’s interpretative and modelling work, it complemented the biogeochemistry work announced earlier this month.   We look forward to expanding the biogeochem surveys over the ALS target areas to better define drill targets on the Main and East Trends and to explore the new targets identified at Zest, Sam and Dina.
