FTS’s newest successful project! Left & Right hand Slurry Hopper. These Hoppers were designed, welded, machined, & glass bead blasted internally by our team. Later to be installed onsite by our skilled Millwrights. This hopper consists of a welded jacket around the hopper where hot mineral oil is consistently pumped through to heat the Slurry as it passes through the hopper. All weld seams were polished smooth to eliminate any contamination issues and the machined face was milled flat within .001” to ensure proper sealing to the rest of the unit.
