🏆 Another Award! 🥇 Last week, I was honored with this beautiful award, and I am immensely proud of everything I have achieved this year. Refining ourselves and building our personal brand demands discipline and self-motivation. Moreover, to be a tough, sharp, and successful leader who inspires others, one must possess a comprehensive skill set in Emotional Intelligence (EI). 👉 Keep an eye out for the third cohort of "Refine Yourself," an Emotional Intelligence training program for managers offered by Food Processing Skills Canada (FPSC). This program will transform you; you'll emerge as the leader the world aspires to see. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to: Jennefer Griffith, Executive Director at FPSC, Raja H., EI Coach, Lisette G. Reyes-Paulino, EI Coach, And my cohort mates for enriching discussions, shared experiences, and teamwork. 💡 Keep in mind that the fuel which powers leadership is Emotional Intelligence (EI), not Artificial Intelligence (AI). #leadership #leader #emotionalintelligence #ei #award #achievement #success
