New year, deep roots. We spent some time at the end of last year re-organizing our plant. We worked through quite a bit of history as we prepped for our 2024 reset. We tackled corners that held older projects, parts and fixtures. As we pulled out some fixtures and dusted off some memories, we often caught ourselves wandering down the rabbit hole reminiscing over the pains, trials and errors, lessons learned and failed forward attempts. We walked down memory lane of the “what not to do” and what we had to do in order to overcome some big challenges. We felt those foundational roots of how far our company has come, how far our team has grown and how much we have stretched our abilities, skills and limits. In the photo below, some may only see an old fixture.
