At Four Seasons, we are proud to support cancer research as one of the key priorities within our Four Seasons for Good program. This dedication has been unwavering since Terry Fox’s historic Marathon of Hope 44 years ago, when our founder, Isadore Sharp, pledged support for Terry and inspired others to join the cause. The first Terry Fox Run organized by Four Seasons took place in 1981, and since then, our commitment has expanded worldwide. We have proudly hosted, sponsored, and participated in numerous local events to benefit The Terry Fox Foundation and support cancer research and care facilities. This past Sunday, Four Seasons corporate office and Four Seasons Hotel Toronto organized Canada’s largest Terry Fox Run site at Wilket Creek Park. Isadore Sharp and Alejandro Reynal had the pleasure of joining thousands of participants came to walk, run, ride, and skate along 2km, 5km, and 10km routes. This year alone, we project to have raised over C$700,000! With this year’s contributions, the total raised at Wilket Creek Park in Toronto exceeds C$14 million, and globally, the Terry Fox Foundation has seen over C$900 million, with every dollar directed to cancer research. Born and raised in Tahiti, Samuel Fiu has been surrounded by music, dance, and tradition his entire life. As a Polynesian, (his mother is from Bora Bora and his father is from Marquesas Islands), the Maohi culture Sam grew up with taught him everything from song and dance to traditional massage, weaving, and fishing. While his career initially began in the technology sector, Sam later found his true calling as a steward of the beautiful and rich Tahitian culture, and eventually as the Cultural Ambassador of Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora.    “I am blessed to be able to teach and share the beautiful and meaningful culture and traditions of my native land with our guests from around the world.
