En l'honneur du Mois du patrimoine hispanique, nous sommes ravis de mettre en lumière Silvia Marroquin, notre talentueuse conceptrice graphique principale, qui intègre chaque jour son héritage guatémaltèque dans son travail. « Mon héritage latino est une source d'inspiration constante », explique Silvia. « Il alimente mon amour pour les couleurs vives et ma créativité. Que j'ajoute une touche de couleur à un dessin ou que je donne vie à un projet, mes racines font toujours partie du processus ». Ses origines culturelles influencent sa vision artistique : « Chaque projet est l'occasion de raconter une histoire visuelle, et j'insuffle toujours un peu d'ambiance guatémaltèque dans tout ce que je crée ». Alors que GDI continue d'embrasser et de célébrer diverses identités culturelles, nous réaffirmons notre engagement à favoriser un environnement inclusif et équitable pour tous. In honor of #HispanicHeritageMonth, we're thrilled to highlight Silvia Marroquin, our talented Senior Graphic Designer, who infuses her Guatemalan heritage into her work every day. “My Latina heritage is a constant source of inspiration,” Silvia shares. “It drives my love for vibrant colors and fuels my creativity. Whether I’m adding a splash of color to a design or bringing life to a project, my roots are always part of the process.” Her cultural background influences her artistic vision: “Every project is a chance to tell a visual story, and I always infuse a bit of Guatemalan flair into everything I create.” As GDI continues to embrace and celebrate diverse cultural identities, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering an inclusive, equitable environment for all. Recognizing and celebrating the unique cultural perspectives of our Hispanic colleagues not only enriches our organizational culture but also strengthens our resolve to drive global change and build inclusive societies.
